Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What is the age limit at Jumpy's?
A: During Open Jump times when we are open to the puiblic, you must be 12 or under to play on an inflatable. Individuals 13 and older are welcome at Jumpy's during open jump times but for safety reasons they cannot play on the inflatables.
Small children 3 and under should be accompanied by an adult while in an inflatable. During open jump times when it is busy, for safety reasons, we may request smaller children 3 and under to wait before entering an inflatable being used by larger kids.
During a private party, under adult supervision, individuals 13 adn older can play on the inflatables.
Q: Can I print my own birthday party invitations off of your website?
A: Yes. Jumpy's birthday party invitations are located at the bottom of this page.
Q: Can I bring my own food or have a party during open jump times?
A: Yes and yes. Jumpy's sells soft drinks, kid drinks, water and light snacks. You can also order pizzas from Dominos for only $10 or bring in your own take out order. All food at Jumpy's must remain in one of the two party rooms. You are also welcome to have a party during open jump but you cannot reserve a party room as we are open to the public at that time. The rooms are first come, first serve and we cannot guarantee any privacy in the rooms during open jump times.
Q: What happens when I arrive for my birthday party?
A: First, come to the counter and pay any remaining balance for your party. As guests arrive, their parents must enter Jumpy's and sign the waiver if this was not done before arrival. Remmeber, as your party is arriving another party may be leaving so your patience is appreciated as it may be crowded at the front counter.
After everyone is checked in and all waivers signed, the attendents will go over the rules for a safe play time. For a typical 2 hour party, 1.5 hours is spent in the jump arena and 30 minutes is spent in the party room. After your event ends in the party room, children may not get back on the jumpies. Please direct your guests to the lobby where they can put on their shoes and wait to be picked up by their parents or guardian. Jumpy's will turn off and deflate the inflatables as your guests are leaving the party room.
Q: Can adults enter the inflatables?
A: Yes. Adults weighing under 250 pounds are welcome to play on the inflatables. However, adults should only enter an inflatable when there are no kids (other than their own) inside the inflatable. For safety reasons, larger adults cannot be jumping in the inflatables with smaller children.
Q: What are your open jump times, and do we need a reservation to just come in and play?
A: Open jump is when we are open to the public and everyone is invited to Jumpy's. Reservations are not required to join us for open jump. The cost is only $7.00 per child and adults are only $1.00. Our open jump times can always be found on the Event Calender. Parents must stay at Jumpy's during open jump times. Parents cannot drop off their children and leave.
Q: When a party package says up to 15 jumpers, does that include the adults as well?
A: No, 15 jumpers means 15 children. Adults are always free at our parties and do not count towards the 15 jumpers.
Q: Is 30 minutes in the private party rooms enough time to open presents and eat?
A: It is our experience that our party hosts do an excellent job of making the celebration, be it pizza, cake or gifts, fit the allowed time. Some parents have chosen to take unopened gifts home so that the children can enjoy their meal and good company in our facility and then open presents leisurely at home. We have found that the children would rather jump than anything else.
Q: Can I bring in my own food and cake?
A: Yes, you can bring in your own food (EXCEPT for pizza) and cake. Remember, some birthday party packages include a Dominos Pizza. All food brought into Jumpy's MUST be eaten in the party rooms only. Pizza's must be purchased through Jumpy's.
Q: Do I have to book a private party, or can I have bring 10 children in during open jump and have cake and ice cream?
A: Yes, you can have an impromptu birthday party during open jump, but it is on a first come first serve basis. Since we are open to the public, we cannot guarantee that a party room will be available. The party rooms are also open to the public during open jump times. So, if both party rooms are taken then unfortunately you may not have a room to enjoy your party.
Q: How far in advance should I reserve a party, and is there a deposit required?
A: Please book your party as early as possible, Jumpy's usually books up 2-3 weeks in advance! We do require a non-refundable $100.00 deposit on all of our parties. The remaining balance is due the day of your party.
Q: Can I bring music/home DVD movies/or other DVD movies?
A: Yes. Jumpy's has an overhead projector that can play DVDs and your favorite music.
Q: Can I rent the inflatables and have them delivered to my house?
A: Yes. Most of our inflatables are available to rent. Simply visit www.rentajumpy.com.
Q: I heard there is a new attraction coming to Jumpy's and the miniature golf course is for sale?
A: Yes. We are working on a new secret attraction and you can view the golf course that is for sale here.
